Here are some of the woodworking tools we utilize to perform fabrication and manufacturing services for our clients. The 49x97 inch cutting area CNC Router is the most utilized woodworking machine in the shop. Though we do cut MDF, plastics and non-ferrous metals too. For ripping and cross cutting sheet stock and some hardwoods we use a JET 10" table saw with a custom very large out-feed table. There is also an in-feed table that allows for one craftsperson to handle large stock efficiently on their own. The Jet 18" band saw has plenty of power to run a 1" wide blade through hardwood for re-saw operations and is smooth enough for scrolling with a 1/" blade.
