Custom designed multiple head CNC Routing Machines. Small format and deploys two sets of multiple 52mm ER11 spindles. Custom designed to fit vacuum table options. This is meant for fast small part replication. Simultaneous milling of with two Z-Axis each having multiple spindles. We use our DIY large format CNC machine daily as it is the core of our CNC milling service offerings. Note the 80mm x 160mm extruded aluminum beam used for the X-Axis hangs over the main frame on each side. This is to allow each of the Z-Axis / spindle sets to have a place to park, or get out of the way when a larger motion is in play.
