The CNC makes an excellent tool for milling forms which can be used for fabricating projects. We make them often for bending material to be laminated to make simple curves Bézier curves and spline curves. We use them for form bending wood and though-color material. They will hold the shape of the material while gluing and clamping such as on this kiosk prototype we recently design and produced. Another frequent need for use to fabricate milled forms is for resin casting. We cast various silicons for mold making and resins to make beer tap handles and replication objects. Concrete forms for more exterior furniture or sculptural is another good example. CNC milled jigs are also super helpful.
