The Rip Wake Wake Shaper is a water sports category device that attaches to the side of a jet ski to create a wake, or surf-able wave for water boarding or water skiing.
The suction cups attaches the device to the side of a jet ski with relative ease along with holding quite securely.
Project designed and created by Brock Endeavors.
PEV Labs was hired to handle a couple of prototyping milling iterations.
After the client was satisfied with the results of field testing we were contracted for a small run manufacturing production cycle of 50 units.
once those units sold out we were hire to produced an additional run of 100 units.
Tasks included CNC milling all of the HDPE parts along with created a milling jig for the suction cup device to to create the mounting holes in them.
These pre-assembly parts have two sides which attache to the suction mounting unit and one panel which sits in the water to create the wake.
Both the small production runs were sent off to the Amazon fulfillment center for consumer e-commerce interfacing.
CNC Parts Milling for Small Production Runs is a regular task for us.
