Parametric design is a modern style which is mathematically based and often cascading in nature with a changes in the each of the elements creating a larger more complex form. Such designs make use of technology such as 3D Modeling, CAD/CAM and a mathematical approach for creating geometries, objects or structures. Many Parametric based objects and forms are based on building shapes of the entire length, width and height of the object. These shapes varying array of shapes can used for constructing architectural elements, furniture and accessories demonstrating a cascading component in its fabrication. We offer a few variations on our flatpack benches. A small version is shown here during production for a client. We have larger versions here. These kits are fairly simple. There are some ribs with holes for the dowels to go though which alternate with some spacers. A little glue and a rubber mallet is all needed for assembly.
